Bacon Baked Beans
All the flavors of WW pork, East Texas molasses, slow-cooked beans, sautéed onions and peppers come together to make this dish irresistible. Purely classic for the Southern table!
BBQ Beef Brisket
Brisket is a rare special cut of meat found at TWW farm. We will painstakingly prepare it for you with our hand-made seasonings followed by being slowly smoked over family-owned mesquite and hickory.
Guernsey Real Raw Butter
On your tables you will find a butter dish filled with a rare treat; real, raw Guernsey A2 butter. You can only find get this at TWW or if you milk your cow and churn your own.
A2 Guernsey Gold Milk, A2 Guernsey Gold Dark Chocolate Milk, Southern Sweet Tea and Unsweet Tea (many say this is the best tea they have ever had. (The secret: crisp cold well water). Organic Dark Roast Coffee.
The Waldos will be happy to toast with you if you choose to bring your own bottle of Champagne/Wine to celebrate with. Please drink responsibly.
