Why Dine at The Waldo Way?

The Waldo Way is a farm filled with love, amazing people, and real food. We take pride in what we do and how our farm is presented to each individual that enters the magnificent farm gates. What we bring to the table is an opportunity to enjoy real food made with real ingredients from a real working farm. Our business is built on the foundation of authenticity and to be able to provide a one of a kind experience for all farm guests. Ris and Trenton look forward to welcoming you to their beautiful and magnificent farm and enjoy dining in the Waldo Way Milk House as featured on The Texas Country Reporter.

Where your food comes from?

The Waldo Way raises all of its own meat including Beef, Lamb, and Pork. Chicken is raised locally by Windy Meadows Farm.

Seasonal produce is brought in by locals including East Texas Aquaponics in Mineola, TX.

Baked items are made in house at The Waldo Way Artisan Bakery and only made with real, legible, & simple ingredients.

Raw Dairy products all come form The Waldo Way Dairy Farm.

"If it's not real and we don't know the source or trust the source we don't serve it."
