
Squash dressing with chicken
WHAT YOU NEED:
•Day old cornbread or any bread of your choosing
•Squash (can be fresh or canned)
•Chicken Bone Broth
•Shredded Chicken
•2 White Onions
•Butter
•Sage
•Thyme
•Farm Fresh Eggs
DIRECTIONS:
•Preheat oven to 375 degrees
•Peel and chop the onions
•Cut squash into bite sized pieces
*Sauté both in Raw A2 Guernsey Butter until al dente
•Break up all the bread you plan to use and add the shredded chicken
•Crack a few farm fresh eggs into your bread and chicken mix (amount depends on size of dish you are making)
•Add sautéed onion and squash
•Add chicken bone broth
•Add thyme, sage, and salt and pepper to taste
•Butter your roaster or casserole dish, then add mixture and cover
•Cook for about 30 minutes
